The following information is provided for all our pregnant patients. This is here for your convenience and to help you if you have not yet had your first visit for your current pregnancy. If you have any concerns or questions please contact the office (937) 435-6222.

We provide annual screening visits for preventative care including: pap smear (if indicated), breast exam, and discussion regarding age specific issues and to refill yearly medications. If you require a medication refill, you need to have an up to date annual well visit. For your convenience you are able to request refills via the Patient Portal and are also able to request an appointment. If you have not enrolled in our patient portal please contact us to enroll or request medications or an appointment. We appreciate you allowing us to serve you.
